This charming house located in the picturesque Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, was originally built in 1806 and updated for more than a century as families prospered. The new owners, Charles and Betty Karol Wilson (right), both descendants of two of the Valley’s oldest families, have decorated this air-conditioned, non-smoking retreat for your enjoyment. A blending of antiques and modern amenities creates the perfect combination for idle hours of dreaming and relaxation.

After a restful night’s sleep on new mattresses piled high with comfortable quilts, wake up to a bountiful breakfast featuring traditional Virginia fare (see Menu).
